Interpersonal Effectiveness

For my overall interpersonal effectiveness I would have to say is good I guess I have to overcome my fear of being shy. I would have to say I do get along with others as long as they are outgoing. I work well in order to achieve whatever challenge coming my way.
The best kinds of relationships are the honest, loving, and growing one's.
The worst relationships are the ones with envy, lies, and backstabbing.

My strengths - I'm honest, right to the point, understanding, good leadership skills, among many other things.

My weaknesses - Still a little shy, too stressed, when working in groups I tend to do way more than others, and probably lack confidence.

My goals - I have too many, but I am still young and I am confident I will accomplish as many as I can before I die.
